Michael Collins House Museum
Since 2018 Mirador Media has been developing stand-alone exhibits to enhance the visitor experience at Michael Collins House Museum, Clonakilty. Works on-site include an audio-visual projection of the famous funeral speech of O'Donovan Rossa together with a graphic panel and exhibit display. "Ireland unfree shall never be at peace" were the climactic closing words of the graveside oration of Patrick Pearse at the funeral of Jeremiah O'Donovan Rossa on 1 August 1915.
Other exhibits include an interactive Pathé news projector playing back the tribute paid to him by Pathé following his burrial in 1922. Further exhibits are currently in development to showcase Michael Collins' newspaper articles and school work including an interactive school bench.
